Skillseekers / Modern Apprenticeships JMG Training and Development Ltd have recently been contracted by Skills Development Scotland to deliver a range of SVQS and Modern Apprenticeships throughout the Dumfries and Galloway and Glasgow areas. Get Ready for WorkGet Ready for Work supports young people (16-18 years of age) to move into employment, further training or further education by helping them focus on what they want to do. Young people can also learn new skills and get the confidence they require to move onto further training, learning or into work. The initiative will also give individuals the opportunity to try different types of work via work tasters or work placements to help decide the best type of job or career for that individual.
